Refunds and Returns

To request a refund or replacement please contact support@skysport.com.au. A refund is possible as listed below.

Order status

You can apply for a refund only while your order status is still open.

Order delayed

If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date, the first step is to check with your local post office. It is possible that your order has arrived but is marked “pending” because it is “unclaimed” or has an “insufficient address”, etc.

The number of days after your order was shipped before you can apply for a refund varies depending on the country and the shipping method used. For instance, it is 45 days for the United States and 110 days for Brazil. When you request a refund we will advise you of the minimum number of days for you country.

Order not received

We can only provide a refund if you supply a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal. If there is a tracking information alert due to an incorrect or insufficient address, uncleared customs, an unknown number, no safe delivery location etc. we will attempt to resolve the issue on a case by case basis.

Product arrived damaged

We offer a full refund or a replacement if the product arrives badly damaged. We offer a partial refund or a replacement if the product arrives slightly damaged. For electronic products, your request must be made within 30 days after delivery. Of course, we need proof such as photos, videos, etc.

Incorrect product

We offer a full refund or replacement if you receive a completely wrong item. In the case of product variations, such as a wrong size or colour please supply proof such as photos, videos, etc. and we will provide a partial refund.

For missing parts that affect the product’s function, we will resend the product. For missing parts that don’t affect the product’s function, we will resend the missing part or offer a partial refund. For missing accessories we will resend the accessories.

Order cancellation

We offer a full refund for order cancellation if the cancellation is received before the product is processed by the warehouse. (80% of orders are processed within 3 days)

Force Majeure.

We take no responsibility for any product damage or shipping delay caused by, including but not limited to, an epidemic situation, an international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection. However we will notify you as appropriate.

Countries where we can’t open a dispute
